Mr. Guillermo Vogel graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
He is a Director and holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board at Tenaris, S.A. He is the Chairman of GCollado S.A.B. de C.V. and Exportaciones IM Promoción, S.A. de C.V. and served during three different periods as president of Canacero, the Steel Chamber in Mexico. He also served as Vice Chairman of the Board of the American Iron and Steel Institute “AISI”. Mr. Vogel is also a member of the Board of Directors of each of Techint, S.A. de C.V., Alfa S.A.B. de C.V., Banco Santander (México) S.A, the Universidad Panamericana/IPADE, A.C., Corporación Mexicana de Inversiones de Capital, S.A., Innovare R&D S.A. de C.V., Grupo ASSA, S.A., Club de Industriales, A.C. In addition, he is a member of The Trilateral Commission and member of the International Board of The Manhattan School of Music and Chairman of the US.-Mexico CEO Dialogue. Mr. Vogel is a Mexican citizen.
