Karsten Dybvad is Chairman of Danske Bank in Copenhagen since 2019. Previsoulsy and since 2010, he was Director General and Chief Executive Officer of the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI) – Denmark’s largest employers- and business organization. Before Karsten Dybvad came to DI he was the Permanent Secretary of State (Chief of Staff) in the Danish Prime Minister’s Office for five years. Karsten Dybvad is a member of the boards of the Novo Foundation, PensionDanmark, PFA Pension, PFA Holding and Copenhagen Business School and the Executive Board of BUSINESSEUROPE. He holds a Master degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen (1985).
