Maria Rankka is Executive Vice President, Business Development & Communications at Takura, a Swedish company which invests in and develops advanced cell therapy companies. In addition, she is an angel investor in health tech companies and serves at both for-profit and nonprofit boards. Maria Rankka was previously a partner in global advisory firm Brunswick. Between 2010 and 2018, she was the Chief Executive Officer of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. Maria Rankka is a Director of Internationella Engelska Skolan, Genova Property and Cirkus Cirkör. She is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences.
