Michael Klein is the Chairman and CEO of Churchill Capital which currently has led the creation of seven NYSE-listed companies (Clarivate, MultiPlan, Skillsoft and four Churchill entities) valued at in excess of $35 billion. Michael is the Managing Partner of M. Klein & Company which provides strategic and financial advice to companies and governments. Since founding M. Klein and Company in 2012, the firm has advised on transactions valued in excess of $1 trillion. Michael’s background in strategic advisory and shareholder value creation was built during a 30-year career, including more than two decades at Citi and its predecessors.
Michael serves as special advisor to the United Nations World Food Programme regarding food security and disaster recovery and is also Chairman of the Investment Committee for the UN’s Pension Fund. He is a member of various boards including Credit Suisse Group AG, Chatham House, Peterson Institute for International Economics, Harvard Global Advisory Counsel, American Academy of Berlin, TBG AG, Conservation International, and the Wharton Board of Overseers. Michael graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
