Pablo Tortolero is a technology policy professional interested in the intersection between technology and public policy. He received a master’s in International Policy, with a specialization in Cyber Policy & Security, at Stanford University as a Fulbright Scholar. His previous experience includes working for an international organization in Washington D.C., for the Mexican government’s office in charge of trade and investment, and a Mexican consulting firm and leader in the private sector coalition for the renegotiation of the USMCA trilateral trade agreement.
He developed more skills as a technology policy professional with the execution of a capstone project on vulnerability disclosure cybersecurity processes with EU policymakers and the Mozilla Foundation, as well as led a research project on the US-Mexico relationship with former National Security Advisor Lt. Gen. (ret) H.R. McMaster, with whom he co-authored an Op-ed in the Wall Street Journal.
