Chi Wai SIO, received a Bachelor of Economic from the Keio University of Japan in 1985, Deputy to the 13th National People’s Congress, Executive Director of CESL Asia – Investments & Services Limited, Director of Chinese Association of Hong Kong & Macao Studies, Chief of the Adequate Diversification of the Economy Team in Council for Economic Development of Macau SAR, Member of Council of Development of Talents of Macau SAR, External Member appointed by the Chief Executive of the Council of University of Macau, and President of Macao Development Strategy Research Center. Current management experience encompasses environmental development, investment service, logistics, technology business incubation and supply chain management. Also a crucial contributor in many social and political facets including Chinese and Macao government legislative branches, urban and economic development, education, science and research, philanthropy, and business research strategy.
