Sol Daurella, born in Barcelona, graduated from ESADE business school with an MBA. She is the chairwoman of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, PLC one of the world´s largest beverage companies. CCEP is the franchise partner of The Coca-Cola Company in 13 countries in Western Europe as well as in Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia. Sol and the Daurella family have been part of the Coca-Cola system for 70 years when the first bottling agreement was signed in Spain in 1951. She is Co-Chairman and member of the Executive Committee of the family holding company, COBEGA, S.A. and plays a key role in other companies of the group. Sol is also an experienced director of public companies operating in an international environment. At present she is Director of Banco Santander and member of the Appointments, Remuneration and Responsible Banking Committees. In the past she also served as director in Banco Sabadell, S. A, Ebrofoods, S.A. and Acciona, S.A. She is Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees of FERO Foundation, a private entity dedicated to oncological research founded by Dr. Josep Baselga. She is also on the Board of Trustees of Empieza por Educar part of Teach for All to improve education and expand opportunity for all children.
